How To Gain Height Through Yoga Exercises

For centuries people have used the techniques of yoga to improve their body and overall well-being. Yoga stretches your entire body, and especially your spine, and gives it the balance and strength it needs to grow. If you are someone who is wondering how to gain height naturally, you should consider an exercise program that involves yoga.
Yoga aims at improving faculties of mind and physical well-being. The asanas (Postures) improve and normalize growth and other hormones, improve functional mobility and suppleness of organs and joints etc. It may be noted that yogic asanas are not specifically designed to increase height naturally but they help to eradicate causes which are considered as impedimental factors, The asanas are both corrective and curative devices and, in a way, have holistic approach.
Yoga is a series of fluid movements that centers your body. The focus is to create flexibility while controlling your breath. This flexibility and control helps you with gaining height on many levels.
Yoga stretches your body, especially your back, through its full range of motion. This helps your body fully decompress from the downward pressure of gravity that causes you to actually shrink. Once your body is relieved of this strain, the cartilage in your back and joints can start to lengthen and thicken which makes you taller.

Furthermore, the deep inhalation and focus of yoga helps your body relieve the stress that causes tension in your back muscles. This tension would normally hinder growth, but with these height gain exercises you can overcome it. Additionally, yoga strengthens your spine which improves your posture. If you want to know how to gain height, you should know that it all begins with good posture. People have the ability to get a height gain of several inches just by having the correct posture. A spine which is aligned is then prepared to grow longer.
There are many asanas but only some of which, as detailed hereunder, are said to assist in increasing height. In this article, we will discuss about how to gain height through three specific yoga exercises. These three asanas vary in degree of difficulty, so that you can start with the grow taller exercise that is best for you.
Also, it is important that you always check with your physician before beginning this, or any, exercise plan.

Three specific yoga exercises (Yogasanas) that assist in increasing height.
1]Sukhasana - The first exercise is called the Sukhasana and it is the “centered” position from which all other yoga moves originate. It is important that you learn this position because it will help you control your breathing and make you better aware of your body. Furthermore, it tones your lower back and hips, helping the cartilage in those areas to decompress.
You should sit on the floor in a cross-legged position, your hands resting on your knees.
Focus on controlling your breathing so that it is deep and at an even pace. Keep your spine perfectly aligned and push your buttocks to the floor and gently lower your knees.
Take several, at least 5, deep breaths and then inhale as you raise your arms upward and over your head. Bring your arms down gently and steadily, exhaling as you do, and then repeat this entire move 5 to 7 times more.

2]Trikonasana - also called the Triangle, is the second yoga exercise we will discuss. This is slightly more advanced than the Sukhasana. It will help improve your balance and therefore help you have good posture. Also, it is a very good exercise to use if you want to center yourself and relieve tension.
To begin, stand up with your legs about 3 to 4 feet apart and your feet parallel to one another.
Then, rotate your left foot 90 degrees to the left and your right foot 45 degrees inward.
Inhale and raise your arms to the side so that they are level and parallel to the floor.
Exhale and turn your head to face down the length of your left arm and check that your left knee is lined up with your left ankle.
Take one deep breath and then stretch towards your left ankle while you tilt your left hip down.
Once you have reached your maximum stretch, rotate your arms so that your left hand can now rest against the inside of your calf and your right arm points towards the ceiling. Turn your head so that you are looking in the direction of your right arm and take several deep breaths.
Then, inhale and straighten your body followed by an exhale as you lower your arms to your hips.
Pivot on your heels and face forward once more. Then, repeat this movement on the right side of your body .

3]Dog and Cat - The Dog and Cat movements are very popular exercises because they extend your spine fully in two different directions.
This extension will stretch every cartilage disc in your spinal column. While these are typically two separate movements, we are combining them together so that your body can get the maximum flexibility and height gain.

You will begin the exercise on your hands and knees with your hands slightly ahead of your shoulders and knees hip width apart. Inhale and tilt your pelvis up and curve your spine so that your stomach drops towards the ground and your head is up.
Fully stretch your body, but gently, and then move into the cat position by reversing the curve of your spine.
You should finish with your pelvis down and chest and stomach in. Move your body through this movement fluidly, repeating the full cycle many times .

These three exercises are a very good start to beginning a well-planned exercise regiment. However, if you want to learn more about how to gain height using yoga techniques and other related exercises, you should check out one or both of the following resources -

There are two types of herpes and both can affect the genitals and the mouth. HSV-1 (facial herpes) most commonly occurs on the lips in the form of fever blisters and cold sores. HSV-2 (genital herpes) most commonly appears in the genitals. Once a person is infected with HSV it remains for life and people can experience periodic episodes of active herpes.

HSV-2 may cause recurrent painful genital ulcers and can be severe in people with suppressed immune systems. Severe genital herpes frequently causes psychological and emotional stress.

If the first episode of herpes occurs during pregnancy she can pass the virus to her unborn baby and she may be at higher risk of premature delivery. Approximately 50% of babies born with neonatal herpes die or suffer neurological damage. Babies can develop encephalitis, severe rashes, and eye problems.

    Ayurvedic View :
    Pathology
As a society, we take better care of our cars, pets, and toys than we do ourselves. We often sacrifice sleep, regular meals, and exercise in pursuit of our goals. we all weaken our immune systems when we don’t eat right, don’t get enough exercise or sleep, when we’re exposed to environmental toxins and when we’re under too much or chronic stress. Too often we end up into imbalance of doshas.
Impurity of pitta along with that of blood is the main causative factor for the pathology to appear. Various factors like poor digestion, very wrong eating habits, eating lots of spicy or bitter food, etc. will affect the secretion of digestive juices and lead to improper digestion of food, which will give birth to Ama that causes impurity of blood. This impurity of blood leads to appearance of leasions on the skin.

    Ayurvedic Treatment of Genital Herpes:
The first step of treatment is to balance doshas. This is achieved by dietary changes and adding certain dietary supplements and herbs which balance the vitiated doshas of the disease . The skin, blood and lymph are purified through herbal preparations which metabolize the toxin AMA accumulated in blood and lymph formed due to imbalanced doshas. The herbal preparations detoxify blood and lymph and expel the toxins and vitiated doshas from blood and lymph. When blood and lymph get purified the skin and underlying tissues also get rejuvenated. This reduces the inflammation, burning and tingling sensation .

Boosting body immunity and Rejuvenation of Body:
According to ayurveda a disease not only affects a particular organ but affects the whole body. Herpes is an opportunistic virus. It takes hold and comes back when the immune system is weak or when you are run down.
If you keep your immune system healthy, you can significantly reduce your chances of future outbreaks. Hence after balancing doshas of the body , the body should be rejuvenated. By rejuvenation using Rasayanas the body immunity gets boosted to fight any recurrent attacks of diseases. Many ayurveda preparations are available for body rejuvenation ex- Chyavanprash

Local treatment for affected skin parts:
Along with the process of balancing doshas and rejuvenation of body, the treatment to the particular organ which is mainly affected by the disease should be treated. This is called local treatment (Sthanika chikitsa). In genital herpes this is achieved through local application of herbal paste prepared from powders of sandle wood, rose, amalki,Neem etc.
These preparations rejuvenate the skin and restores the structure -color of skin. These preparations also reduce local inflammation of the skin and skin gets a very good resistance to subsequent attacks. The tenderness of the skin vanishes and skin discoloration fades to get back the natural color.

    Diet and Lifestyle modifications:
