Dear Dr Chaturvedi ji, please guide us about Sarpgandha. I read somewhere that it increases the risk of cancer, is it true? I am taking Paneer ke Phool and it is has benefitted me a lot. Regards.

is it okay as i read that swaskuthar shud not be given for more than two months
